This time, in order to let more people experience the benefits of bathing in yakuyu, we are offering
special yakuyu "Chenbai" during Golden Week in cooperation with
two hot-spring facilities in Tokyo.
Kameda's special yakuyu will be available at
"Kotobuki-yu" in Ueno and
"Nagomi-no-yu " in Ogikubo
from Monday, May 1 to Monday, May 8
(*Except for May 5.) (*Except for May 5, when iris baths will be held at each bathing facility).
Chenpi is the dried rind of ripe mandarin oranges.
It is a herbal medicine used in Chinese herbal medicine.
As a medicine, it is used to lower blood pressure, to treat stomach problems, and as a cough suppressant.
Because of its fragrance, it improves the circulation of qi, thus improving gastrointestinal conditions,
promoting detoxification and improving metabolism. It is also used in our familiar
shichimi chili pepper.
When taking a bath, you can expect the following effects :
relaxing, warming, and beautifying the skin. It will reset your daily fatigue and
make you feel refreshed and light in mind and body.
During the event, visitors will be able to win presents by filling out a questionnaire at
and sample "irodori," a health tea from Kameda Risaburo Yakuho.
