What is Senso?

Senso is an animal-based herbal medicine made by collecting the secretions from the ear glands and skin glands of toads and drying them.
There is a theory that “Gama no Abura,” a term famous in street performers’ banter, refers to this Senso. (There is also a theory that it refers to the seed heads of the gama plant, but the exact meaning has not been definitively determined.)
Senso contains ingredients that enhance the heart's contractile force, and
