Then a little more about pollen control.
I don't think there is any one thing that is OK for pollen control, so
I am taking various measures against pollen this season.
As I wrote in Part 1, I use ion spray to keep pollen from sticking to my face and
wash my face and take a bath when I get home. Of course, I also take herbal medicine.
Now, let's talk about fragrance.
According to Chinese medicine, "if you have enough sanity (≒immunity),
no external evil (evil from outside, pollen, etc.) can enter your body," but
now that you are already showing symptoms, it is a little too far ahead to start thinking about boosting your immunity,
for now, think about relieving the uncomfortable symptoms.
It is said that fragrant things make "chi" circulate.
Let it circulate, relax & refresh. The first priority is to be comfortable.
In this season, I keep a refreshing and invigorating fragrance on hand.
■Refresh with essential oil spray
I use it as a room spray and also as a linen spray.
This spray is an essential oil blend with antibacterial properties, but I use it through the pollen season because it is a clean blend with lemon and eucalyptus
.
■Easy aromatization with blended essential oils
This is a very refreshing type. A
blend of laurel, eucalyptus, light mint, peppermint, etc. When your nose is stuffy, or your nose and eyes are somewhat uncomfortable,
treats it as a cosmetic oil, so put a drop directly in the palm of your hand, then rub a little with both hands,
warm it at palm temperature, then cover your face with both palms to aromatize!
The whole body will feel refreshed!
■Relax with arom atic tea.
Healthy tea, enjoy the aroma, Refresh & relax.
Curing tea irodori "Moegi" has the aroma of mallow and jasmine to circulate "chi"
and refresh you. It also contains chrysanthemum flowers, which are said to be good for the eyes.
It is perfect for early spring. Even just one cup of tea can be a good remedy for hay fever.
