Tired eyes from UV rays and smartphones.

Tired eyes from UV rays and smartphones.

WITH SMARTPHONES AND PCS, EYESTRAIN IS A DAILY OCCURRENCE. THE BACKS OF MY EYES FEEL HEAVY OR LIKE THEY ARE BURNING. IN ADDITION, WITH THE STRONG SUNLIGHT, I ALWAYS WALK AROUND WITH SUNGLASSES, BUT EVEN SO, I STILL FEEL THE DAMAGE TO MY EYES CAUSED BY ULTRAVIOLET RAYS THESE DAYS.

So, I bought these to manage my eye fatigue.

Panasonic "Eye Area Esthetics

I went to an electronics retail store and found quite a variety of beauty/health appliances for eye area care, and I had a hard time deciding which one to choose. Many of them were quite large, but I chose one that was light and small for storage, and also one with simple operation, as I was sure I would not be able to use it even if it had many functions.

Three courses: Refresh, Relax, and Quick. Steam and sonic heaters are also available in three levels: low, medium, and high. Very simple!

The Refresh and Relax courses take 12 minutes, and the Quick course takes only 6 minutes. The machine uses strong and weak vibrations, warmth, and steam to relax and moisturize the eye area.

Actually, to be honest, it's not a great product and I would not recommend it to others (lol), but it still feels great to have it warm my eyes. It refreshes my eyes and when I put it in relax mode, I fall asleep 100% of the time.

Then, don't forget to take care of yourself from the inside with irodori "Moegi" curative tea.
This health tea is popular for its refreshing aroma and comfort. It is also tasty this season when served with water.

Curing tea irodori "moegi": chrysanthemum, light green tea, jasmine tea, 260 yen per packet (tax included)

Moegi has "chrysanthemum" in it, which is perfect for eye problems.

Chrysanthemum flowers are used to cool head heat and improve eye function. In Chinese herbal medicine and medicinal herbs, it is also used for eyestrain, headaches caused by irritation and stress, and swollen and bloodshot eyes. It is also found in Chinese herbal medicines such as kikugiku jiougan (杞菊地黄丸) and chōtōsan (釣藤散).
